Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Tedrix (the “Service”), operated by Tedrix, a registered sole proprietorship (enskild firma) in Sweden. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Tedrix provides hosted, done-for-you automations behind a secure login. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails, access may be paused automatically until billing is resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other customers' data, no reverse engineering, and no use that infringes others' rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit, including personal data about third parties.

Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not retain automation content after a run. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Automation outputs (including AI-generated results such as candidate scores) are intended to assist your decisions, not to replace your own judgement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tedrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or as required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Questions? Contact info@tedrix.io.
